Rhymz provides an AI-powered music creation platform that allows users to generate, remix, extend, and edit music tracks. The Service includes both free and premium subscription features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Premium features require an active subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their respective terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.

5. Content Ownership

Music generated using our AI tools is subject to our licensing terms. You retain rights to use the content you create for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with your subscription plan. Rhymz retains the right to use anonymized data to improve our AI models.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Uploading content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure.
• Creating content that is hateful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Rhymz does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhymz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
